We're fast! On average, designs are delivered within hours, not weeks, ensuring your projects stay on track.
Can you explain how the subscription pause feature functions?
The pause feature is designed for your convenience. If you have fewer design needs in a month, you can pause your subscription, and the remaining days will be available for future use.
In which design software do you create your designs?
Most of our designs are created using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign and Figma, ensuring a collaborative and efficient design process.
What's the process for submitting design requests?
For your convenience, there are two ways you can submit your design requests, either through Trello or through WhatsApp, but we'd prefer trello for proper workflow. You can also share briefs, Google Docs, wireframes, or even brief videos to guide our team.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with a design?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We'll continue revising the design until it meets your expectations.
Is the subscription suitable if I only have one design request?
