What’s the difference between Kirikuu, Faru, and Enterprise plans?
A subscription offers you flexibility and cost-effectiveness. You get access to a skilled design team for a fixed monthly fee without the overheads of a full-time designer.
How many posts will I get in the Kirikuu and Faru plans?
For the case of Kirikuu Plan, you are limited to only 50 posts. But with Faru and Tembo plans there are no limits. You can make unlimited design requests, and we'll work on them one by one.
What platforms do you design for?
We're fast! On average, designs are delivered within hours, not weeks, ensuring your projects stay on track.
Can I request custom designs beyond my subscription?
The pause feature is designed for your convenience. If you have fewer design needs in a month, you can pause your subscription, and the remaining days will be available for future use.
In which design software do you create your designs?
Most of our designs are created using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, ensuring a collaborative and efficient design process.
What's the process for submitting design requests?
For your convenience, there are 3 ways you can submit your design requests, either through Coda. Notion or through Asana, but we'd prefer Asana for proper workflow. You can also share briefs, Google Docs, wireframes, or even brief videos to guide our team.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with a design?
Your satisfaction is our priority. We'll continue revising the design until it meets your expectations.
What’s your turnaround time?
Most designs are delivered within 2 -3 hours. Strategy & planning (Faru & Enterprise Plans) takes 3 days for initial setup.
Is the subscription suitable if I only have one design request?
Absolutely! You can pause your subscription when your needs are minimal and restart when you require more designs.
